First publishers confirmed for Eurogamer Expo (12/06/2009)
The Eurogamer Expo has confirmed the first publishers that will be showing games at the October event in Leeds, including Sony, Microsoft and Electronic Arts.
Eidos, SEGA, Bethesda, Capcom and Konami have also been lined up for the consumer games show, that will first take place at the Leeds Royal Armouries on 27th/28th October, before moving onto London. The Eurogamer Expo is a chance for the region's gamers to get their hands on the biggest games of this Christmas and beyond - many titles having their world-exclusive first hands-on reveal in Yorkshire.
The gamesindustry.biz Career Fair also takes place at the same time and venue, and will allow anyone to meet and talk to games companies about how they can get into the successful games industry, which in the Yorkshire & Humber region includes Team 17, Rockstar Leeds and Sumo Digital.
