INSIDE PICTURES 2011 - Call for Applications (23/03/2011)

Inside Pictures, the leading film industry business training and leadership skills development programme, is seeking applications from executives and producers for 2011. In this, its eighth year, there are exciting new developments and for the first time Inside Pictures will be open not only to applicants from the UK but also from across the whole of the European Union. In a further new phase, Qwerty is also forming an exciting new partnership with the National Film and Television School, the UK's national centre of excellence for postgraduate education, in order to deliver the ambitious new programme.

Who is it for?
The successful applicants will be executives and producers who display determination to succeed. They will have at least five years' experience in film or an associated creative industry such as television. Inside Pictures has been funded by the MEDIA Programme and the Skillset Film Skills Fund as part of A Bigger Future 2.

This top level and highly regarded programme is for 15 ambitious executives and producers who want to lead the EU film industry into the digital future. Comprised of three intensive one-week modules, Inside Pictures takes place in London and Los Angeles between June and December 2011.

The focus of the programme will be to develop the cutting edge industry business knowledge, management skills, and profile and cross-industry contact network needed for leaders, from across the industry, to thrive in the global business of film. Seminars, workshops, studio visits and events will cover all aspects of the international film business - from development through production, financing, worldwide distribution, marketing and exhibition and latest digital developments.
