Talent Manager to help small indies (09/12/2011)
The Talent Manager is the new online system for tv and screen production companies to keep their own network database of freelancers that they like and hire but all on one system. The Talent Manager will help to level the playing field in forming and keeping the right production teams for those small and medium indies which can’t afford the bespoke stand-alone talent databases that the biggest production companies already run. Freelancers can list themselves for free on the system, or subscribe to enhance their profiles and build their own professional networks there.
