Case StudyNick Hodson, Accounts Trainee
I first got in touch with Screen Yorkshire when I registered on the NORTHERN EXPOSURE database as an Accounts Trainee, and was contacted by the Accountant working on THE DAMNED UNITED. I was hesitant about leaving my 9-5 job to take on work as a freelancer, but with Screen Yorkshire's invaluable help and support, I have since worked on three regionally-based major productions and have never looked back.Screen Yorkshire has provided me with support and guidance in the form of CV workshops, networking events, and funding for Sage training, which I have put into practice on my most recent job (MARRIED, SINGLE, OTHER). The team always follows my progress and gives me ad-hoc advice to keep my career on the right path, and I am very grateful for their continued support.
