An historic Victorian model village located in Shipley, Bradford Metropolitan District, in West Yorkshire, England. Saltaire is a UNESCO World Heritage site named after Sir Titus Salt who built a textile mill, known as Salts Mill and this village in its shadow on the River Aire.  Saltaire and Salts Mill are hugely popular with film & TV productions, most recently used for Mammoth Screen’s The ABC Murders, starring John Malkovich, which will debit on BBC One in December 2018. Other notable productions filmed there include Peaky Blinders, Ghost Stories, Funny Cow and Inspector Calls.

As such, he has an excellent knowledge of Yorkshire’s diverse range of locations and the logistics of filming in them.
